The Audi e-tron and Audi e-tron Sportback share items such as their powertrain and features, but there are some design differences between these electric luxury SUVs. Both models come with a 95.3-kWh battery and engine packing up to 402 horsepower, but the Audi e-tron Sportback does have an electric driving range four miles below that of the Audi e-tron. We go into more differences below.

The Audi e-tron Sportback gets its name from the sloping roofline that provides a sleeker look than the Audi e-tron, but that SUV still stands out. This difference in the roofline does mean that the Audi e-tron has two more cubic feet of cargo space and a slight advantage in rear-row headroom. The Audi e-tron Sportback does have a higher starting price, but both electric luxury SUV options provide impressive value and standard feature packages.
